We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods, unused services, or user-initiated cancellations.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will stop future billing and will not result in a refund of the current subscription period.
In case of duplicate payment or technical error from our side, users may contact our support team within 3 days of payment. Valid refund requests (if applicable) will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 working days.
